In this regard, it is the duty of the company to take appropriate measures to prevent such situations and to remedy them where they are identified, but it is also the duty of each recipient to observe the procedures adopted by the company and to report any behavior that does not comply with the fundamental principles contained therein.
To this end, KEMPER SRL has implemented internal systems for reporting violations to allow individuals identified by law to report violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions that may harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, of which they have become aware in the work context including violations of the Code of Ethics or the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to D.Lgs. 231/2001.
Thanks to the active and responsible participation of employees and third parties, reporting any non-compliant behavior enables the company to identify any irregularities and take timely corrective action, preventing any economic or reputational damage.
